Monitoring Controller
Applicability
This description applies to the Monitoring Controller module in the Monitoring Controller processor.
Overview
The Monitoring Controller module is used for basic monitoring operation like controlling monitor volume, mute, dim and solo.
Processing Principle
The module applies monitor control functions to the monitoring path. It can adjust listening level, apply dim, mute or solo to selected channels or speaker groups. The module can be loaded in two configurations:
-
Setup view with all parameters visible
-
Operator view with only parameters visible that are necessary in daily operation
The Operator View can be uncoupled from the main windows and separately used on touch screen or mobile devices.
